I received a link and joined it ..Checked it out and it appeared ok new start up ..so I sent my invite link to my
wife . Only to find out she is not in my group and is in fact under a Hans Pettersson whom neither of us know or have any past dealings with.
Despite repeated requests both to this fellow and also to Jack Whitehall( Owner Of Swom) whom both appear to be of very low Ethical and Moral Fibre .Jack Whitehall ‘s reply after emails From Both my Wife & myself explaining what has transpired and asking him to rectify this problem which by all accounts is not an isolated case,

The only way we can change it is if your referrer (Hans Pettersson) opens a support ticket and confirms that he did not refer you.

I had never even heard of SWOM before Keith talked to me about it and he’s losing out on all the work that he has done, not to mention the training he has given me and the benefits he should be reaping from that.

It’s now very obvious to me that Wendeng Sun has no intention of assisting in this matter. He has not only NOT responded to any of my emails and wall posts, he has now also completely blocked me from his page so I cannot contact him.

I expect this situation to be rectified immediately. This has gone on entirely too long and is absurd. I love SWOM and plan on bringing a lot of business and money to this site, however, in good conscience, I cannot endorse an organization that chooses not to take care of it’s people and do the ethical thing, especially when it was NOT an error on our part, rather obviously some type of computer error on your end.

What needs to happen to get this resolved Andy?

Well, this makes intersting reading….. Have heard that many people who have gold, under a referral, have been ‘poached” by other people.
When question by swom, to get their referral back, they are ignored. Even the person, who ‘poached’ them have blocked that person!!!!

So Readers It Is Not an Isolated problem .Laura also has a huge contact Base .But has put a hold on all her activities as have a dozen of more key people we have whom were testing this .This is only part of the issues I had to fight for another Lost one and they stated He had a different Email address but we see he was referred by you as for the Other one I was asking where he has gone they said he has no referrer.So I have not got back to him yet until I see a positive outcome here.

Well, as of yet, there has still been no resolution to the situation of my being placed under someone else I don’t know, rather than who I enrolled under.

This is disturbing as not only is this fraudulent, but the person who enrolled me, Keith Dando, is losing the income due him for the business I have generated.

I can only hope that SWOM will do the right and ethical thing here, as a bad reputation is difficult to overcome. It seems to be a great opportunity, but if they are not willing to resolve issues such as this, I cannot be involved in good conscience.

Hans Pettersson It will not solve the problem. Why not just delete your account (when upgrade expire) and rejoin from correct link? If you can do that I will send you the referral bonus when I am paid. I can’t do anything now as I requested payout and can’t change that. I hope money will recieve soon.
